The Lahzeh "Real-Time" Warranty
Most online stores offer a "Paper Warranty". It looks good on a website but is nearly impossible to use. They ask you to pay for expensive couriers to send the watch back, wait weeks for a repair, and then wait again for it to be shipped back. Most customers realize the hassle isn't worth the effort, so they never get the help they deserve.


At Lahzeh, we believe in a REAL warranty for REAL people. We value your time, which is why we created the Real-Time Warranty.


1. Our Six Months Movement & Dial Coverage
Every Lahzeh timepiece is covered for six months from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects. This includes:
The Movement: If the watch stops ticking or the internal machine fails.
The Dial: If a needle (hand) comes off or an hour marker becomes loose.


2. How "Real-Time" Works (The Process)
We don’t make you wait for couriers. We empower you to get your watch fixed instantly in your own city.
File a Claim: Send a photo or a short video of the defect to our WhatsApp with your Order ID.
Instant Approval: Once we verify the issue is a manufacturing defect, we approve your claim immediately.
Local Repair: Take your watch to any local watch technician in your area for a quick fix (like re-attaching a needle or adjusting the movement).
Instant Reimbursement: Send us a photo of the repaired watch with the bill. We will immediately transfer up to 5% of your watch's purchase price back to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Account.
Example: If your watch was purchased for Rs. 4,000, we will reimburse you up to Rs. 200 for the local repair depending upon the type of defect. This ensures you are back to wearing your watch the same day without any out-of-pocket costs.


3. Why This is Better for You
Zero Wait-Time: Traditional warranties take 15–20 days. Our "Real-Time" model takes 15–20 minutes at a local shop.
No Courier Costs: You don’t have to waste money on shipping parcels back and forth.
Honest Support: We would rather pay you to get it fixed than have your watch sitting in a warehouse.


4. What is Not Covered?
To keep our service fast and our prices fair, the Real-Time Warranty does not cover "wear and tear" or accidental damage, such as:
Physical Damage: Broken, cracked, or scratched glass.
Cosmetic Wear: Scratches on the case or fading of the strap/plating due to perfumes, sweat, or chemicals.
Battery: For quartz watches, the battery is a consumable item and is not covered under the machine warranty.
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by dropping the watch or water entry (on non-waterproof models).
