The Lahzeh "Real-Time" Guarantee

We value your time. Traditional warranties make you wait weeks for repairs and force you to pay for expensive return shipping. Our "Real-Time" model empowers you to get your watch fixed instantly in your own city—without the wait.

1. What We Cover (6-Month Warranty) Your Lahzeh timepiece is protected for 6 months from the purchase date against internal manufacturing defects:

  • The Movement: The internal machine stops working.

  • The Dial: Loose hands (needles) or detached hour markers.

2. The 3-Step "Real-Time" Process Get it fixed today, not next month.

  1. Record: Send a clear video showing the defect, along with your Order ID, to our WhatsApp.

  2. Approve: Wait for our team to verify the defect and issue a "Repair Pre-Approval" message.

  3. Repair & Reimburse: Take the watch to any local watch technician. Send us a photo of the repaired watch and the shop's receipt. We will instantly transfer the repair cost (up to 5% of your watch's original purchase price) directly to your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account.

3. What is Excluded? To keep our service fast and our prices accessible, this warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover everyday wear and tear, including:

  • Accidents: Cracked or scratched glass, dropped watches, or water damage on non-waterproof models.

  • Cosmetics: Scratches on the case, or strap fading caused by sweat, perfumes, or chemicals.

  • Consumables: Routine battery replacements.
