At Lahzeh, we ensure your timepieces are handled with care and delivered to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Delivery Location
We currently offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan only. Whether you are in a major city or a remote area, we’ll get your watch to you.

Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
Lahore: 1 to 2 business days.
Major Cities (Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of Pakistan: 5 to 7 business days.

Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team performs a quality check and packs your watch within 24 to 48 hours.
You will receive a tracking number via SMS or Email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier.

Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Rs. 250 nationwide.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above 5000 Rupees.

Delays & Issues
While we partner with the most reliable couriers in Pakistan, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, fuel strikes, or high-volume festive seasons.
If your order is delayed beyond 7 business days, please contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
If a parcel arrives damaged or tampered with, please refer to our Refund Policy regarding the unboxing video requirement.
