At Lahzeh, every second of your experience matters. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle returns and replacements.
Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
We offer full refunds or product replacements only if the watch you received is:
Damaged during transit.
Manufacturing defect (internal machine or dial issues).
Incorrect item (wrong color or model).
Please note: We do not offer refunds or replacements for "change of mind" or personal preference after the product has been delivered.
The Unboxing Video Requirement (Mandatory)
To ensure a fair process for both parties, you must record a clear, uninterrupted video of your parcel unboxing from the moment you open the flyer/box.
The video should clearly show the shipping label.
The video must be unedited.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return Process
If your unboxing video confirms a defect or an incorrect item:
Notify Us: Contact us on WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of delivery.
Ship It Back: You will be requested to courier the parcel back to our Lahore warehouse.
Verification: Once we receive the watch, our team will verify the claim within 1 to 2 business days.
Refund & Replacement Options
Upon successful verification, you can choose one of the following:
Full Refund: The total amount you paid will be sent back to your original payment method (Easypaisa/JazzCash/Bank) within 24 hours. No deductions will be made.
Fresh Replacement: We will ship a brand-new watch to you immediately at no extra cost.
Non-Eligible Claims
A claim will be rejected if:
No unboxing video is provided.
The watch shows signs of use, scratches, or has been tampered with.
The refund is requested due to a change of mind.
The claim is made after 48 hours of delivery.
